As Pietra & Co. is headquartered in Florida. Florida has enacted the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), which grants consumers certain rights regarding their personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information.
Please note that the FDBR applies only to businesses meeting very high thresholds (including companies with more than $1 billion in annual revenue or those operating large-scale online platforms). As a result, these rights may not apply to Pietra & Co. Design Studio, since we are a boutique fine jewelry company and do not meet these thresholds.
Nevertheless, in the spirit of transparency and client trust, we offer our clients the ability to request access to or deletion of their personal information directly with us. While not legally required under Florida law for a company of our size, we believe respecting your privacy is part of the standard of excellence we uphold.
